2.1 Kennedy Renewables is a group of companies which include Kennedy Renewables Limited, KRL (LR) Holdco Limited and Little Raith Wind Farm Limited and certain other companies which are under the common control of Kennedy Renewables Limited, so when we say "us", "our" or "we" in this policy we are generally referring to these companies. These companies are known as the data controllers.
